Phil has been straight up the best Contractor I have ever dealt with. As you can see from the photos, his work is excellent to the point of exceeding my high expectations. Combined with his excellent craftsmanship, the pricing was even better than the big shed companies on the front range. But more importantly, he is a high character guy who simply does what he says he will do. Because he was slightly delayed in starting the project he threw in a few extras at no charge. later this year, he will be doing another project for me. You will not regret using his services.

They communicated well about timing and price as we customized our shed prior to construction. Phil helped with ideas, like slightly moving our fence to allow for a larger shed. Phil is a very reliable, detail oriented and reasonably priced contractor to work with. I work in the construction industry so know many people in the field, but he is who I call when I have a project at home. He is methodical when evaluating a project. Before he even picks up a tool, he takes time to look at the design and the physical location so he can identify problems and opportunities before coming up with the quote. If he does find challenges, he explains both the issue and a viable solution before moving forward. In this way he mostly avoids ‘surprise’ costs or missed opportunities. Instead, he just gets it done for the cost he quoted on the timeline he agreed to. He is reliable, and that is worth its weight in gold.
